A few notes…
- I aim to complete covers within two weeks; however, please allow for up to two months for the design process in case of unforeseen difficulties.
- I do not design erotica or suggestive covers.
- I reserve the right to decline to design a cover for any particular book.
- All images used in book covers come from free stock photo sites (Pixabay, Unsplash, etc.) or are original pieces unless you opt on the order form to allow the use of paid stock. If you select this option, you will be responsible for the cost of any such paid stock.
- Payment will be made in two deposits: 50% at the beginning and 50% at completion of work. Orders may be cancelled once they are in progress, but the initial 50% deposit is nonrefundable.
- All payments will be made through PayPal unless we agree upon a different method.
- Prices are listed in USD. If you are Canadian, you may request a quote in CAD. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate other custom currency requests, so the cost in other currencies will depend on the USD exchange rate at the time of conversion.
- Please contact me if you require a specific turnaround time. While I’ll try to accommodate your request if possible, I can’t guarantee accommodation.
- I will store the final source file in my archives for two years, during which time I can be contacted to request further revisions. After this amount of time, I cannot guarantee the possibility of revisions as I may delete the files to create storage space.
- Instead of ordering a custom cover design, you can also choose from my collection of premade covers at a price of USD $75 per cover. A back cover and spine can be added to any premade cover for an additional fee of USD $50 per cover.
