Here at Kairos, our goal is to make your journey towards self-publication an enjoyable one. We offer affordable solutions to perfecting your written manuscript and creating a physical book design, working with you until you have a finished product that you love.
We are two Canadian freelancers who offer affordable services to authors looking to self-publish. We love what we do and enjoy working with our clients to produce an end result that they love.
Benita Prins
Graphic Designer
Benita is a self-starter with a passion and talent for graphic design. She has self-published several of her own books, and understands the difficulties and intricacies of preparing a manuscript for publishing. She has been working in the book design world since 2016 and has collaborated with authors on many different types of projects. Her favourite kind of day is cozily working on a design project during a snowstorm.
Rachel Weisbrot
Editor
Rachel has a deep love for books, words, and stories. She has a BA in English Literature, three years of experience tutoring in her university’s Writing Centre, and spent three years in various editing roles for Ambrosia, the Ambrose University Literary Review. When not absorbed in a book or writing project, she can be found making music, hiking, and hanging out with her husband.
